Ordering

What if I need to modify my order?
If you would like to modify your order and it has not been processed, please email inquiry.outliersstudios@gmail.com. Once your order has been prepped for shipping, it cannot be modified anymore.

When I place an item in my shopping cart, am I guaranteed to receive the merchandise?
Placing items into your shopping cart does not guarantee the items will remain in stock. Once an item has been purchased, we will send you an order confirmation email. If we are unable to complete you order for any reason, we will notify you via email as soon as possible.

An item I want is sold out. When will it be available again?
Due to popular demand, we opened an early-access list for those who want to reserve their pieces for the next restock. To join this, sign up for our newsletter! This will allow you to access our website and check out your desired pieces an hour before the restock through a password that will be sent you email.

I received a damaged product. What should I do?
Please email us at at inquiry.outliersstudios@gmail.com or refer to the Returns and Exchange Policy.

How do I find out when new styles are releasing and when?
You can stay updated with out latest releases by signing up for our newsletter or by following us on social media.

Shipping

When will my order ship?
Outliers Studios aims to ship out your order as quickly as possible. Orders typically takes 1-2 business days to be packed in our warehouse. After that, it will arrive to you based off of the shipping estimate given to you at checkout. You will receive an email notification once your order has been shipped. If you have any questions, please contact us.

Can I pick up my package directly from your warehouse?
Yes, you may! Customers who choose the 'Pick-up' option can pick up their package directly from our warehouse or get their packages picked up by their chosen courier (e.g. Grab Express / Lalamove / Mr. Speedy / Angkas).

Where does my order ship from?
The Link Centre Bldg., Gen. Atienza St., Brgy. San Antonio, Pasig City.

My tracking information states that my order was already delivered but I have not received it yet. What does this mean?
Please email inquiry.outliersstudios@gmail.com. We will do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Returns/Exchanges

How do I return an item from my order?
Returns are offered within 7 days after product delivery on items that are unworn, unaltered, and in new condition with all tags attached. Please note that return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. No Return and Exchange Policy Order Form, No exchange of items.

Fit and Sizing

How do I know what size will fit me best?
We included any notable call-outs in the 'Size Guide' section of the product pages. If you have any other questions, please email inquiry.outliersstudios@gmail.com and we will help you find your correct size.

Garment Care

How do I care for the items that I purchased?
We suggest washing every garment on cold and tumble drying on low heat. If you have any questions regarding garment care, please reach out to us at inquiry.outliersstudios@gmail.com.
