Return and Exchange Policy
If you have received a damaged/ defective piece or you’ve ordered the wrong size, please email customer service within 7 days of delivery by contacting them at email@example.com.
No Return and Exchange Policy Order Form, no exchange of items.
All returns are inspected before an Exchange/ Store Credit/ Refund can be processed so please ensure the following:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, in new condition and have original tags attached.
- Items must be free of smells, stains, makeup, deodorant, and/or bodily fluids.
- Sales items are FINAL and are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges.
All returns and exchanges are at the expense of the customer. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.
If you believe you have a defective product, please send your form and complaint to firstname.lastname@example.org immediately. Just include a description of the damages and pictures if possible. This information will help us understand the potential defect.
